Delivery Q&A

 

Q: When’s the latest I can place an order before my desired delivery date?

A: You must order 2 days prior to the date of delivery, but in the case of an urgent order, please feel free to contact us.

 

Q: Which days can my flowers be delivered?

A: We deliver any day between Monday to Saturday. Deliveries will usually be made between 9am-5pm. If there is a specific time you need your flowers delivered by, please leave a note when purchasing or feel free to contact us with your special requirements.

 

Q: Is pickup for flowers available?

A: Pickup can be arranged from our St Ives studio by appointment only at no extra cost. Once payment has been made, a more specific address will be provided to you via phone or email.

 

Q: My Postcode is unavailable for delivery, is there anything I can do?

A: In some cases, postcodes which come up as unavailable for delivery can be accommodated for. Hence, please feel free to contact us about your special delivery needs.

 

Q: No one is home to pickup the delivery, what do I do?

A: We recommend that someone is available during the day you have requested for the flowers to be delivered. However, if no one is home, we will leave the flowers in a safe location and send a photo of where its located. If there is no appropriate place to leave the flowers, we will take the flowers back and an extra delivery charge may be needed for delivery rearrangement.

 

Q: Oops I provided the wrong incorrect delivery address

A: We will always double check the address prior to delivery. However, in the case that a wrong address has been given and our driver has left, additional delivery charged may apply.

 

Q: How long does shipping take to states outside NSW? (Vase/Artificial flowers)

A: It will vary slightly according to exact suburb; however, we recommend that you place an order at least 5-7 days prior to desired delivery date.
